Whether you’re serving at one of our school sites or at the WFIT headquarters, you can play a critical role in helping ensure our young people develop healthy behaviors and learn strategies for success that last a lifetime.

And at the same time, you can gain valuable job experience and continue to build your career in a fun, active and positive environment—doing work that you love!

If you’d like to join our team, we are currently considering qualified, energetic and enthusiastic applicants for the following positions:

  • Afterschool Coach-Mentor
  • Fitness Specialist
  • Academic Tutor

However, on a continual basis we accept/review applications for the following positions:

  • Afterschool Coach-Mentor

    Provide quality physical activity sessions, homework assistance and other enriching activities for youth in a safe environment—all while modeling the healthy behaviors we want our kids to adopt.

  • Site Supervisor

    Provide caring oversight and management to ensure safe, organized, fun and educational afterschool programming at one of our elementary, middle or high school sites

  • Fitness Specialist

    Support in the development and delivery of new initiatives and continually refined trainings for our physical activity-based personal empowerment programs.

  • Nutrition Aide

    Guide young people on how to apply practical, fun ways to energize the body and mind, taking small but significant steps toward successfully maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

  • Academic Tutor

    Provide quality physical activity sessions, homework assistance and other enriching activities for youth in a safe environment—all while modeling the healthy behaviors we want our kids to adopt.

  • Program Coordinator

    Provide energetic leadership and highly effective management for either the elementary, middle or high school level of our physical-activity based personal empowerment programming.

  • Volunteer Club Leader

    Take a favorite hobby or talent—from dance and theater, to photography and DJ’ing—and lead your own interactive, educational experience for students at one or more of our sites.
